Our exclusive Faroese Tasting Feast is an evening experience where food, culture, and storytelling come together on our family farm. This is not just a meal, but a journey through traditional Faroese cuisine – with a special focus on the many ways we use our sheep. Everything is prepared with great respect for the animal, the land, and our cultural heritage, reflecting a thoughtful and “green” approach where sustainability is always at the heart of the experience.

During the evening, you will be invited to enjoy a generous buffet featuring a variety of homemade dishes, both warm and cold, prepared from our own recipes – passed down through generations and combined with modern techniques and tastes.

You can look forward to:

  • A rich selection of traditional homemade Faroese dishes made from sheep.

  • Both fermented flavors and freshly prepared, roasted specialties.

  • Homemade delicacies using different cuts and preparation methods.

  • A true nose-to-tail tasting experience, where we honor the Faroese tradition of using the whole animal – from fine cuts to distinctive delicacies made from liver, heart, kidneys and other distinctive parts.

  • A presentation about Faroese food culture, preservation, and sheep farm traditions.

  • A small outdoor moment at the farmhouse, where we feed the rams and share the story of how they are carefully selected as breeders.
